1. Re-frame your Mindset
The right mindset for this special brand of parenthood makes all the difference. In this first module, I guide you to achieve the optimal mindset for parenting your child… successfully.
2. Prepare the foundations for change
We’ll create routines, set schedules, and address transition struggles in this module.
3. Understand Your Teenager’s Brain
In this module, I teach you how to understand your & Teen’s brains and identify behaviour triggers.
4. Treat Behaviour Like a Symptom
Here we’re clearly defining appropriate expectations, neutralising triggers, improving self-awareness, and outlining discipline that works for & Teens with ADHD and/or autism.
5. Prevent and Manage Outbursts Effectively
Now we’re getting to the heart of ending the battles with your Teen’s — changing behaviour.
6. Start Thriving! Enjoy Your Child and Family's Life
This module is all about focusing on strengths, nurturing interests, and remaining positive for the journey ahead.
